It's a good mod. And the description is good. I love it when people approach their work with patience, intelligence and diligence. Like the mod's author, I also advocate bringing diversity to the game. I was pleased to meet new raiders, no matter how bizarre they may seem. And the fact that they were given a railway rifle in their hands is commendable. Bravo! I consider it an honor to add this wonderful mod to my collection of mods, to my game. Thanks to people like "Wasteland", the world of the game is transformed for the better. When mods accumulate, albeit small ones, but made with a soul, the world of fallout 3 is filled with new colors. No problems were found with the mod. I added a photo of myself. Approved. Added to the collection of mods. Thank you, sir, for your hard work and time. You have made us, the ordinary players, a little happy.
I noticed a small conflict in the game. The game crashes a lot. After I moved the mod to the bottom of the list in fomm., the game began to work stably. Although for some reason it still installs itself up, but the game began to work stably. Apparently, it is necessary to make such a manipulation. So be careful.
I have a few questions, if anyone is interested in answering them.
1. Is it safe to install during a playthrough?
2. I have for example already been to Wheaton Armory, will this cause issues?
3. Would it conflict with "Rebuild the Capital - A Brotherhood Of Steel Expansion Mod" ? I haven't progressed enough to start the mod, so I am not able to test it at this time, it's also my first time using it.
4. And lastly, would this conflict with the "Awesome NPCS" mod? It's again also my first time using the mod so I'm not exactly sure what locations could cause issues.
Omg! I thought the same thing. I used this mod in 2016 and when Fallout 4's DLCs started popping out and I was grabbing them like whack-a-mole, I immediately thought, "Why don't you just at least hire the modder as a creative consultant for pete's sake., like Ubisoft does." lol
Playing RAGE right now, and all I could think of was this mod. I absolutely love the inspiration to create something like this and spice up the raiders a bit. These gangs definitely fit towards the late game as well, especially the Grinder heavies. No longer will the raiders be cannon fodder for the Enclave and Brotherhood! :D
Thanks for making this :)
Edit: It's a great mod and I love the aesthetics, but they are pretty unbalanced. I just caught a Brotherhood Outcast Patrol attempting to take on a small group of about 4 or 5 Grinders and the Brotherhood Patrol went down way too quickly. The Grinder 5mm guns just went straight through the Outcast Power Armor like it was a tin can. I believe the Grinder armor is also almost on par with power armor, so that really doesn't make any sense. I'm also using FWE.
