Hey... came to this mod because not only were the others not working, but when I read the descriptions I decided it wasn't for me. Read your description, saw that it only changes the sounds of power armor footsteps, put two thumbs up and said "Eyyyyyyyy!" and installed the mod as instructed. Still no change! I loaded my save from right inside of the GNR outpost, right before seeing Three Dog for the first time, went and checked to see how the Brotherhood guys' foosteps sounded, and all I hear is the same default metal armor sound. Is there something I'm missing???
It would be difficult to check the problem without having a Power Armor yourself. It would also be prevalent that others like me have not encountered your problems. Please give more information.
This is a very underrated mod. I have gone and tested all the power armor footstep replacers and this is by far the greatest as it is the closest to what i'd imagine an actual power armor would sound. I love how the tiny detail of there being 'hydraulic' sounds whenever the foot is lifted.
Don't suppose you could suggest a way to increase the volume of these sounds? I LOVE them, but I always end up turning up footstep volume to hear them, and being annoyed by my own overly loud footsteps...
I actually love how the Vanilla sounds of power armor, & suggestion to offer if you can modify that to be more tuned up like darker nearly how yours sounds it might be a fantastic mod. This though sounds a bit too hard in footsteps heh but this just me saying so.

This is a nice sounding effect, but I believe it's more suited to Metal armor due to lack of ''hydraulic' ness
