Normal File
This file contains a pre made NPC with dialogue options for follow, wait, access inventory and dismiss commands. All necessary scripts are done with the exception of a line if you change the starting location.  

The NPC is already placed within Moriarty's Saloon and ready to play with, but if you wish to edit the follower a tutorial file is included to help you make simple alterations such as appearance, skill, equipment, starting location ("home"), and simple dialogue. It is recommend that you change the NPC from the player faction as they tend to attack Nathan from megaton.

Creature Edition
Creature edition has the same as above but includes different templates for creatures as well as a section in the tutorial for editing them. The followers are put into their own faction in this version which should stop them from tearing down megaton.
