Terminators are supposed to be lot tougher than humans, their sole purpose was to fight and kill humans after all ">. So this should be unbalanced as it is IMO...

Sorry. Have to give this a low rating until some key issues are worked out.
1. Balance. There is a severe lack thereof.
2. No Readme file.
3. No instructions on how to remove perks or even the mod.
4. Some of the perk descriptions don't fit in the space provided.
Once these issues are addressed, I'll be able to give a much better rating, since the idea behind this mod is very good.
Interesting idea, but overpowered to the point of uselessness.
