   Great mod! I did find one problem though with the dude that sells Greed. You can buy Greed even without the 500 caps required. I bought it only having 110 caps.

   This is a great idea, good thinking. I have just one suggestion though and that would be to move the weapons in Megaton out of the city. I've gone and blown it up so they're kinda lost now, unless I've missed the NPCs carrying them while looking around for them?

      I made a optional file which adds Lust and Greed to Tenpenny if you blew up Megaton already.
