Your mods seem unambitious. Frankly it's something anybody could do and they don't particularly add much to the game in any way. The fact that you've made a whole series of these over multiple games quite astounds me. If you're not making these mods for yourself then who? And if you are making these mods for yourself, then they don't really need to be on the Nexus.
I understand that, and I may have been a little harsh in my comment, but what I'm trying to say is that this kind of mod uploaded to the Nexus isn't really gonna get all that far when anyone with a GECK, Construction Kit or Creation Kit can do the same. Maybe it might work if you compiled all of your mods and published them at once, but separately they seem kinda insignificant.
Don't give up, though. Everybody starts somewhere.
Have you tried maybe giving it a unique texture of some sort, or maybe adding attributes to it that would make it an interesting weapon to use, instead of just giving it a bit of extra damage. Like maybe, it does extra damage against Gary clones or something.
