   The texture seems to be broken. Did you test this with all races, or just Caucasian?

      It's broken, because maybe this guy ported this back to FO3 from NV? If so, it's going to stay broken unless the original author, redshift89 steps up or they unban FrogDemon. Which I doubt if either of those will happen. So, this mod will stay broken.
