    Tested this out and love it! If I casually glance at a locked/owned item no one cares. Crouch into 'sneak mode' and if they see it, they issue a stern warning.
    Adds a nice touch of realism to Fallout 3

    This is the better mod, As it does not completely remove the dialog just makes it play at more appropriate times. Will endorse when able

      I prefer bluebell's version, endorsed and I use it and I like it.
