   i have my game textures on low for performance reasons, but that makes the pipboy look ugly as hell so im gonna try your mod!

   Perhaps I'm being dense, but could you run me through how to install the English PC version manually? I'm less familiar with F3's file structure than I should be, so I'm a little lost.

   For some reason, it causes me to use 2 items instead of one so my Power Armor would move along with the item below it.
