@type2: The FalloutWiki suggests that the wearer of the T51b "stole" the Medic Armour and put his T51b in its place, you can find the Medic Armour somewhere else in the Vanilla Game if you search for it and at another place you can find a space where the T51b had to be thats empty...
i think the T-51b originally was supose to be that armor as the console that you use to get the T-51b power armor says "prototype Medic Power armor". this is in the Vanilla version of F3 too.
don't know why they changed it. and they forgot to get rid of what the console says.
if you go down acouple of comments you will see Mihoshi upgraded that version by adminstoring stims instead of morphine.
i guess i can make this version do it too but meh with my stats you may aswell have god mode on lol
oh yeah the reason for the kinda high stats is that vanilla fallout 3 stats are a joke. +5 to a stat is pathetic
i should go through all the armor and redo the stats.

i had an idea were there is like 3 or 4 versions of this armor that also speak but the voices change with what class it is.
i can't voice act fo crap lol
after fighting 3 super mutants with miniguns and taking no damage, i had to give the helm alot less dr.
