Adds a fallout shelter in Springvale fully stocked with amenities.

Welcome to Gunslinger6792’s Wasteland Fallout Shelter.
This mod is a house mod for you and a companion that adds a fallout shelter to Springvale. I constructed the shelter after playing fallout 3 on the pc and I become dissatisfied with the homes available for download. Because of this I decided to reconstruct my Fallout New Vegas Wasteland Bunker with a few improvements. This home has been carefully constructed to be as lore friendly as possible.
New!!!! I have now uploaded a file that adds a hatch that allows the player to access megaton with having to fast travel enjoy!
The home includes plenty of storage and two beds for you and companion. It also comes equipped with a workbench and infirmary station. I’ve also included a unique version of an assault rifle called the Widow Maker. The entire house is fully navmeshed and has markers for sandboxing NPC scattered about. If you all enjoy the home please comment and endorse. I’m also open to creating a secondary file for a secondary location.
As for requirements you most have an up to date version of Fallout 3 and the Point Lookout DLC
As for instillation either place the mod in your Fallout 3 data folder or use the NMM.
