Setting the timer to 2 minutes should be a problem. Reason why I wanted 4 minute was to have this suit be just a "second chance".

I'm not sure how often you work on this Mod, but there is apparently a problem.
It's supposed to add stimpacks when your health is <30% but it used one for me the moment I took damage and my health was probably at 80 or 90 percent. So that can't be right.
Also the timer should be adjustable and if that isn't possible -- lowered. 4 minutes is a bit absurd for people who use increased spawns. Two minutes real time would be good. Thanks!
From looking at the file, it seems that you compiled every script into the esp, so unless you've intentionally included the script for say, opening tenpenny's gate door, then you need to recompile this heh.
@Dachi Thank you for the rating, I agree completely about the stimpak heal rate should be base off your skill. Problem is the script doesn't call for that. Script wise it doesn't even check your medical skills. Maybe in the future I'll do that. For now just think it is the power armor that is doing the medical skill check and not you ">
