Prototype power armor use stimpacks instead of morphine.

This version cuts down the memory from 412k to 14k. I goofed and had ALL the scripted downloaded into the mod. Now their is only one. Enjoy!

Each stimpack heals for 200 hp but only every 4 min when your health is 30%
Heal crippled limbs. I didn't realize this but lets say someone shot your leg and crippled your leg while your below 30% hp the suit will heal that leg.
This is the same armor medical armor that you find in Old Oney town that is near Vault 92
