Early 2023 review: nice little fetch quests for people who would like to hunt wild animals and creatures in the Wasteland. Nothing too unique, but enough to not just sell all stocks of meat to merchant in towns, but now you can complete these contracts for additional reward. Also Wasteland Hunters can be new reason to actually visit familiar vanilla locations and dungeons to find some specific kind of creature (for example, Deathclaw Sanctuary).
Completed within 25 minutes, simple, but satisfying new content.
No conflicts or bugs encountered, every script and dialog stage worked as intended.
Should you try this mos in 2023? If you need some optional activity to satisfy your need for collecting every piece of meat in the Wasteland (like myself), yes, why not. This mod is stable, polished and useful, especially for new players.
Endorsement from me and I suggest for you to look at another project from the same author - Wasteland Adventures Mini Quests. More proper side quests with different little choices and actual narrative. Check it out.

Ok, thank you for reading my post anyway. Do note that at any point in the future, I will be available and eager to potentially voice any character in any project you may have, and that I really appreciate even the slightest consideration. Good luck on your future mods, I have enjoyed watching Al play this one.

Hey, if you are looking for voice work, I am looking for experience. I have Audacity, and am willing to perform and send to you any lines you need. I can read from a script and send you a sort of demo reel, if you would like. My E-mail is [email protected], if you wanna mail me directly.

Cheers for the offer, but I'm not looking to voice this mod anymore

In fact, I've got a hunting quest as part of Ultimate Freeplay Mod, where you are looking for fresh meat for Western Brotherhood troops. The quest has interesting name, 'Great White Hunter'. The main problem is that my sandboxing companions eat whatever I catch, so I have to hide it outside my house until I collect enough for delivery. Have any solution for that ?

Hmm, not sure. If you're saying that when you collect food and place it somewhere, sandboxing people eat it? Maybe have a dropbox inside the area where you deliver the food, and then set ownership of that box to whoever's in command of the said area. That way NPC's won't take from it maybe?

I think that paladin Hoss and his buddies, after being saved free of charge, used to seal equipment from any container, regardless of ownership. I thought making container 'ignored by sandbox', but I am not sure if it works either.

Paladin Hoss is broken in general, as he appears everywhere after saving his initiate, even though he states that he will protect the player in Falls Church area only. He even appeared in my Megaton house and stole my Firelance :/ So for your food, either keep doing what you're doing, or make an NPC with a trade option similar to companions, and give him the food stuff.

Or you can just download Falls Church Companion mod made by Michelle Magus and boot all three of them back to Citadel with that mod.

In fact I'm surprised your solution to Paladin Hoss & Co was just modify their AI script, and not turn them into companions.

I could do that but I've only experienced the Paladin hoss problem since FWE. Thanks for sharing that though, as they spawn anywhere I sleep (in outcast base too which is a tad annoying XD)
