Fix for the Vault 1 Tenpenny Tower exit for combined RR Companions and Bonds Tenpenny Tower Complete mod users. This mod physically moves the Vault 1 Tenpenny Tower exit hatch out of the rocks and terrain added by Bonds Tenpenny Tower Complete Mod so it is accessible once again.
