At first Amanda was not showing up in her cage, then all of sudden she appears on my side, freed, but stuck on the quest. Then I went to paradise, and took off the mod, saved, and reenabled it. She was back at her cage, but no Wilk. So I had this idea to recover using console, and then I started a new game just to acquire these codes. Hope it helps you !
I used the following command to find Wilk prid 2900c983
moveto player There he appeared at my feet, dead! I tried to rambo my way into paradise falls and kept getting the message that "amanda is unconscious" so seems like she killed her captor from her cell, lol.
