Becuse i dont wanna start a new game and Wilks was gone i had to get her out some other way and this is how i did!
1. stand in front of her gate and get the console up 2. while in the console Click on the gate, write Unlock hit enter and stay in the console! 3. rightclick on Amanda so you can se her code, mine was 21´00´2f´f5, and remember the first two, in my case it was 21 3. to get the key you write: player.additem XX038178 1 but change XX to the numbers from part 3, ex player.additem 21038178 1
For those tried this method and it still didn't work. Try the "player.moveto" command while Amanda is clicked and it should complete the quest. After that it's a matter of no clipping through that gate.
