I've encountered this ultra weird bug where for some odd reason i can't find Kodiak in the A-ring i did try using his reference code to spawn beside me but still he doesn't show up i'm not sure what's causing this but any ideas of what i could do?
For some reason I cant hear him when i've recruited him. Same as Star Paladin Praetus and the entire TSC crew so not sure whats causing it. I like this mod and have endorsed it, any plans to allow Captain Gallows or any other Lyons Pride member to be recruited?
Which version are you using? Vanilla or Colossus? As long as the esp has the same name as the folder found in data/sound/voice, they should work. So for this mod, you should have an esp called "Follower Kodiak.esp", and the voice/lip assets should be in data/sound/voice/Follower Kodiak.esp/MaleAdult02. If you rename the mod, or change it to an esm, you will have to rename the folder as well.
Apologies if that isn't the problem, I'm not sure what else it could be, but to have this same problem with three unrelated mods makes this seem the most likely cause.
I have thought about the other Pride members, but I'd like to upgrade Kodiak a bit first when I can find the time. I'm thinking of doing something involving his brothers in the Pitt, it just seems fitting seeing as you actually meet them and at the moment can't tell him.
Well I've been using the Colossus version, I've reinstalled it now and will try during my second playthrough. I didnt convert the ESP to an ESM either, the Praetus mod seems the same too, so I dont think its your mod, more like one of my BSA files has been corrupted somehow. Keep it up, Kodiaks brothers would be interesting, given that you kill both of them. I think Gallows would be a good choice, he even has the same voice actor as Kodiak and Chief Gustavo.
Note that he is one of those who might get killed at Jefferson Memorial. For some reason Gallows never dies. Dusk, Kodiak and Glade, that is the lottery.
Didn't actually realize that. Maybe I should set him essential by default, he can always be switched back with the dialogue option for those who don't like essential followers.
