So, I took her v 1.3 mod, and her waitanrelax 1.3 optional mod, downloaded both, extracted both using 7-zip, and put them in my game folder. Thankfully I can get her to follow me, and her generic vanilla dialogue still comes up. But anything beyond that such as when I say wait here, or to trade equipment she says nothing and her mouth does not move. All I get is the subtitles that come up. Anyone figure out how to fix or not have this issue?
Edit, I also upload all three files that come from these two extracted files, uploaded them to Vortex, and enable each one, fixing any conflicts they had, and resented the source making sure that vortex did not have the caution mark next to the files
Bittercup is a good early game follower but even the "new" updates to fix her sandbox package don't work she just walks around doesn't sit/ eat/ sleep. her "barks" are slightly annoying although funny so while they can get repetitive it's still amusing hearing her say she will haunt the location after killing a load of raiders
if her sandbox and home locations were fixed she would be a good companion but without them she is a novelty at best not 1 for long term / "immersive" players
