   I can't rate this yet because I can't try it; I'm messing around with my own chem mods and this would conflict. I really like your idea, though.

   Effects that get gradually get worse over time if not treated, would even be better.
   
   Lot's of mods out there that add chems, and changing effects of existing ones... but i like the territory this is exploring, it's just not severe enough though.
   
   Something that really makes you think twice about becoming a wasteland junkie is really needed.
