To install the mod go onto the onto
official ENB website and download
the wrapper and injector files!

Press the little down arrow next to the
file title. Once downloaded go into
the wrapper file and drop and drag the
D3D9.dll into your fallout installation
directory.
(Mine is C:/Programs x86/Bethesda softworks/Fallout 3)
The take the conents of my file and drop and drag them
all into the diretory. And your done!
Feel free to change parameters and don't forget you can
edit it in game by pressing Shift+F12
