So do you just drag the d3d9.ll after you downloaded and installed the enb on your manager? I downloaded and installed it with nexus mod manager used the injector verison(since I have intel), then I dragged the all the files for you ENB into the fallout 3 folder from the steamapps then common and then fallout 3. I tried launching and I didn't notice any graphic changed. Did I forget a step or do something wrong? Thanks!
You should definetly check it out. It's slow and doesn't have much action but it's very beautifully shot, very atmopheric, creepy, tense and mysterious. Kinda looks like your screenshots with the woods, abonded factories, cities all having this unheimlich feel about the because of the colors used.
It's also set in a nuclear wasteland (The area around Chernobyl)
The Stalker games were very loosly based on the movie, but apart from the setting being Chernobyl not so much.
One of the best post-apocalyctic movies I've seen. The Russian only adds to the atmosphere.
Game is good too, think Fallout 3 meets Metro 2033
I have problem, i realy like your ENB but i can't enjoy it, because it didn't work on pc propetly, there are no changes in my gameplay. i made everythink from the instruction and still nothing. Please help because vanilla fallout is ugly as shit. (srry for my ang i'm from polland)
The only thing I can tell you is how to install it step by step!
To start with have you made sure you have downloaded the required files from here? http://enbdev.com/mod_falloutnv_v0249.html
Once you do that open the file you have downloaded then open a file called wrapper version. Look for d3d9.dll. Drop and drag the d3d9.dll into your fallout 3 program folder. (Mine is C:/Program files/Bethesda Softworks/Fallout 3) this should activate the enb files!
After you have done all of that drop and drag the contents of my enb into the same folder then launch the game!
This is compatible with fose if you are having issues with it I'd say have a look on youtube at how to install ENB there are hundreds of videos and make sure you are doing everything correct, only other thing I can say is it could be hardware related but I doubt that.
ya I would really like indoors & outdoors to be more darker light might need to be a bit toned down but I would really like more crazy lens flare & that mask or w/e you call it more of that & maybe ddd dof cuz I really don't like the blur dof looking forward to updates
That's really cool. I have 2x sli GTX 660 oc. Aren't you worried about the heat that they get to? They get up to about 90°c, that would scare me. They may set on fire. Lol
...That is cool, what colour schema is it? (... Guess what just arrived in the mail this second? My Razes black widow ultmate keyboard! YEA!!) err water cooling yea that's so cool. Did you build it your self?
Haha awesome. I wanted purple Led cables but the didn't fit well its pretty cramped i suppose. I suppose it as to keep cool as well because of the processor being quite the 'power eater' :o and no I didn't build it my brother did most of it but I told i'm what I wanted.
Now that I have turned the blueness down a little bit it now looks amazing, and i can't wait to try out your new one! P.s does your brother have a YouTube channel?
it is a bit over the top it can use some tweaking I love how you used those nice len flares from that other mod I have been unable to get those working properly with another enb in game preview if anyone is interested https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3pBbh1gJfc8
Yea very possible In game open up the ENB menu (Shift+F12) and look for blue shift turn it down and change any desaturation settings in the environment settings from 1 to 0. If not cane the palette
No you shouldn't have to! :o If you want to edit any of the parameters then go ahead but you shouldn't have to do anything other than drop and drag the files.

I believe the lighting should be toned down
indoors & out doors should be alot darker since the lights are really bright
