Did a recent Fallout3 update break this?  I used to be able to drive it just fine, but now can't move it, at least not with a controller.

Everything works fine, but I'm out of fuel. When I go to the workbench, it doesn't let me create anything. I have CRAFT, but when I click the option, the only choice is 'none'. Do I need some material for the crafting or something??

    . Great mod, cheers.

Well, you're definitely can't conjure fuel out of thin air :)
If you have picked up the schematic for Rocket Fuel and have the ingredients it mentions everything should work like with standard crafting.

yeah I'm sitting here scratching my head. im in mid-game currently and I've never seen a schematic for rocket fuel. I googled it and the only results were the isotope fuel for the rocket mission in new vegas. I'm assuming its part of the CRAFT mod, but i checked the page for it, and I don't see any reference to it there either. The only mention of Rocket fuel I've seen is in your comment. Where the hell is it?

Nevermind im an A class idiot

I have got to the entrance door to the national guard armoury inside. My local map shows it pointing to the door and when I enter in, it stills shows the location pointing at the door, but this time from the other side. What am I doing wrong?

Emm… Looking at the map when you've already reached the destination, perhaps?
The computer chip is on the shelf inside the armoury.

Thanks but I can't find it. I am in the armoury and down the stairs with the sliding cover and in front is a door to which my local map is pointing. Inside the door is the cave complex etc. but now my map points back to the same door. But I've looked on all shelves. Plenty of boxes.

There are four shelves in the middle of the room. The chip is on the opposite one to the Bobblehead.

Sorry but I can't see it. We are talking about National Guard Armoury?

Yes. That National Guard Depot, where quest marker leads to. 4 shelves (2 on each wall) in the center of the room with a Bobblehead on one of them is quite distinct location, I think. The chip looks like red keycard, if you can't see it there it might have been knocked off by explosion.

In the worst case as the last resort you can use console routine to complete the quest immediately:
“When you have got the quest and checked the hoverchair enter "SetStage HCQuest 0" in the console.”
