No, ramen originated in China. ramen has a history of more then 1000 years in China. However, Japanese Ramen was first recorded in Japan during the Edo period. The Japanese word "ramen" is derived from the Chinese word '拉面'.
it is impossibe for this to exist unless they are remnants.
it was hinted various times that china was completely destroyed, and is now a mostly un-inhabbitable desolate wasteland. being hit by 60%-70% of the nuclear weapons launched. and if they were remnants, how did they survive for 200 years? they dont even have any women with them...
it is a good idea though. i like anything that adds enemies to the wasteland.
Die Americaaaaaanss! ^_^ Chinese rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like Chinese and dont kill remnants. In GECK i make them friendly!
Ramen is actually Chinese that the Japanese and Koreans copied from. In Chinese it is called Laimein (note how much it sounds like "Ramen"), check out Wikipedia about the history of Noodles. Ramen/Laimein is just one of the variant of Chinese noodles in which it is based on wheat flour, I personally prefer Rice based noodles (usually called Vermicelli) that are white.
