What is D.C Moods ???

Looking for a simple way to enhance the game visually without having to install and edit too much things ?

I uploaded My own ENB preset for DCMoods, it works fine and is not hitting Framerate on my engine wich is far from being Formula 1.
There 's other ENB Presets that you can find on the Nexus such as "E ENB" wich use Sweet Fx and works pretty well with DC moods, ther ere other.
But as Dc Moods changes the mood of vanilla game you may have unexpected visual with some ENBs.

So what is DC Moods :
This mod is not gonna change the weather system of the game, you will not have rain or snow, i have tried to make it using the great tutorial from Enhanced weather, and i succeded in having rain system working but i think it's not good enough to be realistic with FO3 engine...
I mean :
_no specularity change on objects or reflection on ground, to simulate wet materials,
_no particle effects when raindrops hits the ground,
_rain drops only spawn close to player no raindrops beyond.
_If it snows, then the environment might become white covered with snow, and there's no way i know to achieve this ...

I mean if it cannot be realistic enough to make the illusion i'd rather let it go, because i'm not convinced by other mods that did this.

This said, i assume that my mode is greatly enhancing the mood of the game, by makin' it feels physically reallistic and coherent.
Bluish horizon, no more blinding sky (wich was a game engine issue IMO), darker nights ( you need a light to go outside at nightime, just like real life) and sturation restored at night (where did you see fire loose its colors because of nightime (another vanilla issue),
My intention when i first had the idea of posting this mod, was to upgrade greatly Hattix work on the great mod "Fellout", this is something i did for myself at the beginning , and after some years i finnaly made it a complete mod with its own mood, new sky textures, different climete forms and weather appearing for each region.
But what i really changed was mostly interior moods, a point where IMO Fellout did not go further enough .

Installation:

Just paste or extract the files contained in the archive to your \\\"data\\\" folder in \\\"Fallout 3\\\" directory.
If you are using weather mods such as Fellout they may conflict,.
Note that this mod is \\\"fellout based\\\" and changes only the original Fallout 3 weather, you can still use DLC versions of Fellout.

Load Order in FOMM, the lower the better, Last if you can, and place DLC Moods below.

WARNING !
I HAVE MADE THIS MOD WITHOUT TOUCHING THE *INI LINE RELATED TO GAMMA SETTINGS, MY LINES ARE :
fGamma=1.0000
fGammaMax=0.6000
fGammaMin=1.4000
WICH I THINK IS DEFAULT, SO ...
IF YOU HAVE RAISED THE GAMMA SETTING IN YOUR *INI FILE, THEN IT SURE WONT BE GOOD AND YOU'LL PROBABLY GET BLINDED.
