Best thing on this is the at least a bit increased damage- since the 10MM SMG is making the Pistol totally nonsensical. Or why do you ever want to use the gun if you bassically can use a full auto version of it which is also dealing 3 times more damage...
I'd may even buff the pistol even more, or the SMG need to be nerfed at last a little bit- the differences are too high. ___
The sad thing is, it doesn't work properly with Iron Sight Plus of course.
If you went to all that effort why not have made it so that the actual iron sights lined up properly so that you could use this model with ironsight mods and not need a crosshair? :S
I rotated the suppressor so the the text is right-side up. This will be included in the next update.
I checked the slide animations and found that my mod is working properly. The slide is only perceptibly animated during the reload sequence, whether you're looking at the 5906 or the 10mm Pistol.
I installed RH Ironsights, tried it out, read the conversion tutorials, and found that there's not much i can do to make my mod more suitable. The mesh is already centered, but the sights are significantly beneath the center of the screen. It sounds like the only practical way to raise the sights is to significantly alter the height of the mesh, which isn't really feasable. I could tilt it a little to level the sights, but if you think about it, it's more realistic to keep it where it is (with the front sight being perceived as higher).
And last but not least Vunsunta (he's a lot easier to find once you spell his name right) gave me permission to use his Firearms: Source 2.0 Glock 20 sounds. This is top-tier stuff. Suggestions about attenuation settings and whatnot would be appreciated.
Sights isn't the problem. It's the fact that when you go to shoot it in first person, there is no texture. FOr me, it's a sandish color. I have no other mods that should interfere with this Mod. I do not have any texture mods either. So think you can make a texture for this mod it'self through another mod?
I'm not very good at modding my Fallout 3. I finnaly got this mod installed and deleted it from my computer and now Fallout is saying that it's still there and my usp pistol is all funky lokking and messed up. please help
Did you deactivate it in NMM? THEN delete it? if not, go to your data file and delete the File that says "SW Model 5906 10mm Pistol replacer - SWModel590610mmPistolReplacer" But do not fully recycle it incase your game stops working. If you have any more questions, my inbox is always opened. I'm good when it comes to this part.
