This is a simple home mod with small unmarked quest.

INSTALLATION
- Just extract all the files into Fallout 3/Data
WALKTHROUGH (Note: it's scripted so you have to go step by step, if you skip anything, it won't work)
1. Go to Evergreen Mills and find John Harrison's body in the slave pen. He has a note, take it.
2. Go to Rivet City and talk to Abraham Washington. He is on the midship deck.
3. Go to Jocko's Pop & Gas stop, kill the bandits inside and loot their bodies.
One of them was the key to the hideout, the other one has its location.
4. Go to the hideout, it's near Northwest Seneca Station (north of Arefu).
5. Read the fourth entry in the terminal.
6. Go to Oasis and talk to Branchtender Rose. She will give you a keycard.
7. There is a hidden room in the hideout. One of the protectron toys is the switch.
8. Access the vault.
