If we were playing a game of checkers an I said I wanted to place only a small amount of my pieces in places where I had tactical advantage on your pieces before the game started. You would say that it was cheating.
The changes you have made are no different, although "only a small amount" it's still kind of cheating. So to fix it you have to balance out the changes you made. Mix good with bad or use logical enhancements.
If you want to save your esp then you have to open then select fallout and select your mod and when you select your mod click set as active or somthing then click load and then you can overwrite the saves.
Load your addon in the G.E.C.K. and then, in the Render window, go to the area in which your footlocker is located. In the list on the left click Actors and then Creatures.
From there just drag a molerat or whatever creature you see fit into the Render Window to add it to the area near your chest. Save your addon.
But I am pretty new to making mods... I wouldn't know where to start by adding a guard or molerat near the Locker... it would ask me to save another ESP... instead of saving it on the existent one. Am I right? Or am i missing something?

Might check the gun too, I didn't notice if it replaced those also.
