Haha. Good luck, the Fallout 3 combat shotgun cannot function. The Magazine is too far forward to feed rounds to the chamber. Let's say that this is done through some strange mechanism. Okay. Here's the other problem though... there is no room for a bolt to slide behind the ejection port. The shells can't even eject. As the spring from the tube pushes them down, the spring would put itself in the way of the magazine so it wouldn't feed either way. The whole reason the lower tube on a shotgun can be used as because you push the shells into the spring to back it up.It looks like it was designed by someone who knows what each part of a gun does, but otherwise has no idea about how those parts actually work.
it is extremely possible, especially seeing as how the weapon researchers in the wasteland had a century or two to themselves for thought and design my hypothesis would be that there be a retraction system of each round from the magazine, withdrawing it from such and attaching it to the back, either that or a frontal delivery system that needs not the traditional inner workings to fire or "how a 21st century gun works" as you described, yet how this is done is undefined yet is what i presume to be possible again, this weapon can be interpreted in many ways for example, we may say that we now know all there is to know about guns, when we do not surely there is an alternative and more deviation-led seemingly old-fashioned to save resources yet functioning better than an M4 approach towards designing and crafting such a combat shotgun at such a time
heck, the magazine could even be attached to a string filled with rounds that lead to the weapon's firing point, similar to how a machine gun ammo belt would function but from within the interior
I cannot for the life of me figure out why I can't unzip these files using 7zip or Winrar. Can anybody help me please? I keep receiving the error, "cannot open 7zxa.dll" without any further context.
Great Retexture. I really like this and it works nicely with the Unique Weapons file too - so that you can see both this design and the alternate design for the Terrible Shotgun. Endorsed and Kudos. Thanks!
Not sure if this is the mod responsible, but every time I fire the combat shotgun it plays the lever action rifle's animation. I've looked at it in FO3edit and the GECK but haven't seen any immediately noticeable problems that would cause this. Anyone know how to fix it?
This looks so good. When I first installed the mod, it didn't show up. I've found out that you need to kick start inactivate invalidation every so often with NMM. Did that and it showed up. I could really tell the difference. Nice job!
Thanks Millenia. Your mods always put life in gun texture. Now the shotgun looks more sexy than those crap vanilla ones. Keep up the good work going. Endorsed!

again, this weapon can be interpreted in many ways
