Just with companions like him in the actual game, I thought how the game was scripted, it would ignore him if I went to other places like the pitt. But he got left behind. The mod works wonders as it's suppose to never the less!~
I absolutely love this mod, Desmond is my favorite character. I'm having a problem though, probably not unique to this mod, but this is the one I encountered it with and a google search brought up no results... Desmond will not leave Oasis. Not if I fire him, not if I tell him to wait and then ask him to follow me, not if I fire and rehire him... I've tried everything. WAiting for days after firing him, etc... the dude just will not leave. I don't know what to do.
Great mod. worked like a charm on the first try. great job on the voice acting choices that you used from the actual dlc voices, it worked well for this companion. i havnt played the dlc yet but it will be weird to have 2 desmonds around lol
Heh, he's not actually in a box. That's just what I named the .esp when I started working on it, since it's basically a desmond companion in one contained package (the .esp). Then when I started setting up the dialog I realized I was sort of stuck with it, since it's how the GECK names the new sound folder it creates for the dialog.
