That's not my mod. I don't think there is an NPC in the camp that says that. You could always fix it in the GECK. Unfortunately I cannot.

For some reason this affects a lot of npc's. They say "Hello I'm Freddy"...
Freddy the Ghoul there say's the same thing.
    Also affected my companions.

    Sorry for the inconvienence

Edit: Actually @asskick101 I do have an old Point Lookout military base surrounded with fences and a few tents along with I think 4 NPC's... I can release that if you want

Yes, they are NPCS derived from leveled characters, indeed. But it is not a problem at all.

You can inspect those NPCs, find what 'lvlSomething' type they belong to. Load those 'lvlSomethings'
in GECK, change AI Data, save the under different name. Then load the camp cell, remove original Enclave NPC's and replace them with newly created. If AI Data tab is grayed out, then remove corresponding check in 'base character' section.

The only downside is that new NPCs will, most likely, not be affected and processed by MMM mod.

I did the same thing in my 'Wasteland Encounters' mod, because I wanted my NPCs not to be affected by MMM. It works fine.

One fault in that. The soldiers are used in various places. Meaning that theres multiple of them spawned and used all around the Wateland

There isint one specific NPC made for one base

There is one simple thing that you can do. Change AI Data of Enclave soldiers who spawn there. Make the 'Aggressive' instead of 'Very Aggressive'. That would do the trick.

Enclave is hostile to Rivet City Security faction only. The problem is that 'very aggressive' npcs attack neutral factions on sight. If yo reduce their aggression to 'aggressive' they will attack hostiles only.

Perhaps you have noticed Tesla armor guy with missile launcher at some camps. He is non hostile, you can say 'hi' to him and he will greet you politely. It is a bug, someone forgot to make him 'very aggressive'.

It does not matter what would I like or not like. All the NPCs in the camp will, most likely, get killed. I don't know what plans do you have with the mod, perhaps it might fit them, somehow.
