Great work, PixelMurder! Using your "Wasteland Warrior Effects," plus "Enhanced Skies" plus "Fellout" (in that order), the combined results approach that level of outdoor realism most of us are attempting to get with all those experiments with ENB's! In fact, your mod rivals some of the best ENB's out there!
I've achieved a great result, using...
(DAYTIME hours) Saturation = -10 Brightness = -3 Contrast = +5 Color = 0 Depth Far = +7 Depth Near = 0
DragonWarrior-Effects for Skyrim has some animated effects, attached to the camera. And i have tried to implement movable fogs in Fallout 3, eg swamp ground fog in Point Lookout. But the results where not so good, because fogs are only planes with textures on it and you can see that. It's far from realistic or pretty.
Here's an idea that no one's tried yet. A menu driven, script written, special effects mod. I'm not talking about the "IMAGINATOR"-"LUMENARIUM"-"ELECTRO-CITY"-"CINEMATECH" types.
I'm talking about a mod that can insert different colored fogs, mists, animated (different colored) clouds, shooting stars, meter showers, indoor effects, purple people eaters, tornadoes, you know.. ambient effects.
If you find any typo or if you have a better text for the messages, please tell me.

Deutsche Nutzer müssen nicht unbedingt die neueste Version runterladen, da ich nur noch einen Schreibfehler gefixt habe. Braucht keinen sauberen Save, einfach überschreiben und weiter zocken.

Ändert gegenüber 0.2 nur einen Schreibfehler, Update nicht dringend erforderlich.
New version 0.3 online.
