Don't know about compatibility. Like with all my mods you can edit the map as long as you give me credit for the original. I haven't found a way to give a character skills or perks using the G.E.C.K. yet. Invulnerability goes a little too far, especially since you can be hated by either faction of the brotherhood.
Hey, I was just as annoyed as you are at how weak the Brotherhood is, and was looking for a slight boost for them, but I think your mod goes too far.
Do you think you could nerf it a bit? Maybe just adjust their SPECIAL stats to be better and give them Small Guns, Energy Weapons, and Melee as tag skills? A more slight health boost would be nice too.
Once again, I like your mod but the boosts they receive are too extreme.
