If you've installed this mod and the retexture doesnt show for the 10mm pistol, its cos 'RH_IronSights - FOSE' mod is using its own folder with lower quality textures. So to fix do this: 1-Optional step: Reinstall 'Hi-Res Weapons v3' (If you are using this mod as well!) first. 2-then reinstall 'FO3-WRP - Weapon Retexture Project' 3-then in 'YOURDRIVE:\Programs\steamapps\common\Fallout 3 goty\Data\Textures\weapons\1handpistol' folder: copy these 5 files: 1stperson10mmpistol.dds 1stperson10mmpistol_n.dds10mmpistol.dds 10mmpistol_m.dds 10mmpistol_n.dds into YOURDRIVE:\Programs\steamapps\common\Fallout 3 goty\Data\Textures\0roguehallow\RH_IronSights\Vanilla\Pistols folder.
For DLC: look in the 0roguehallow\RH_IronSights\ DLC folders which will still be using the orig texture. So for Op Anchorage: 4- Go to: YOURDRIVE\Programs\steamapps\common\Fallout 3 goty\Data\Textures\weapons\1handpistol Copy the file 10mmpistol.dds Paste into: YOURDRIVE:\Programs\steamapps\common\Fallout 3 goty\Data\Textures\0roguehallow\RH_IronSights\DLC\Anchorage\OA_10mmPistol
It might be another mod, but when I get to the GNR building paladin findlay's laser pistol is glowing, and pulsing white. Not just a part of it; the whole weapon model. Is this a known bug of this mod ? I'm trying to figure it out. Thanks.
Yea my textures are low res like vanilla but the color and reflection of the weapons matches the photos in the description. In other words the color palette for the mod is working but the hd textures arent.
Okay in case anyone downloads this mod, thanks to the fallout 3 update like myself, I figured this one out and you'll need the GECK. Open up the file set it as active. From there go to Miscellaneous then texture set. From there search for Sniper, and open up the 1stPersonSniperRifletexture. The Path files are loading the OG fallout 3 diffuse and such which is being placed over the redone model, so double click the diffuse navigate your file structure to Millenia>WRP>2handrifle and select the sniperrifle.dds. Do the same with the Normal/Gloss (sniperrifle_n.dds), and Environment mask (sniperrifle_m.dds). Save it, loaded up, worked for me
