    The can be all races is the only thing I intentionally changed. The other thing is probably a GECK anomaly.

    I'm interested in what you changed from the GECK perspective. In FO3Edit, i see that you've added the configuration flag "can be used by all races", and something labeled unknown has been changed from 255 to 34680. The configuration flag is easy enough for me to replicate on other NPCs, but what was that Unknown part? Was it a deliberate change, or just some random number that the GECK went ahead with that doesn't matter?
