Well there's your problem XD Not going to spoil the story if you still haven't played through but you get the option at the end of the DLC along with another. You'll see if you play.
@SColla are you sure you have not been attacking BOS forces?... did you blow up the Citedel? if not I honestly dont know what is wrong perhaps it is your game as when I tested this mod and took the screen shots it worked and I was not attacked :L
Anyone had issues where the BoS in Megaton is hostile towards the player? I installed it and the only place I visited so far is Megaton and the BoS stationed there are hostile. Going to try and fix it in the GECK.
This is REALLY cool!!! Usually I don't comment on mods when I download them, but this really caught my attention. My friends and I have been discussing stuff like this for as long as I can remember. I tested the BS optional file some more and I can't get it to work. I have both mods at the bottom of the load list so nothing should be overriding them. I may have to wait until after I complete BS to enable the mod for continuity sake.

would make more sence afther purefier since u broke the back of the enclave and the rest is more of a mop up mission on steroids.
