  CURRENT STATUS:
  The 2.0 update is far from complete and I wanted to finish several other areas before releasing the update, however I have run into a kind of creative block and have not been working on Fallout for a few weeks now so I thought I would release what I have done so far rather than keep people waiting.
  MINOR UPDATE BUGS:
  -Bisley's Shack and several of the hidden bomb shelters were to be related by a quest which is currently not built.
  -One of the Bomb Shelters contains 2 buggy Protectrons who will not use their new laser weapons, and a unique laser rifle that currently does not work as intended.
  -The two new Rumble Zones have not been tied into Zeus's Quest yet and though a Rumble key is needed to gain acccess, the locations do not need to be beaten in order to access Zeus's Vault.
  -Two flickering cabinets that may need replacing (one in Bisley's Shack and another in a Bomb Shelter).
  -A ghoul who often falls through the floor in one of the Bomb Shelters.
  
  AWOP4FO3/Book Of Earache Patch Version 1.5 Released!
  -New high level human enemies will often carry BOE gear.
  -Some weapon stats altered slightly.
  
  POTATO RADIO PREVIEW MP3s Released!
  A selection of tracks to be used in an upcoming radio station addon mod for AWOP4FO3.
  
  -Version 1.6 Released!
  -Springvale Ant Hive added.
  -Friendship Asylum expanded with a Yard, Chapel and Infirmary.
  -1 new NPC/Vendor (Maxwell) added in the Asylum.
  -Food mixers added to the Wasteland (AWOP & vanilla areas) to create up to 9 new food and drink items [Hint: You can find one in Craterside Supply or Milgam's Shack both of which have a Recipe book nearby to get started].
  -Recipes for The Food Mixer added to AWOP & vanilla areas.
  -1 new weapon added - The Holy Flamer which can be purchased from Maxwell at the Asylum.
  -4 new food items, 3 new cider variants and 3 spice variants added.
  -AWOP Armor DR raised to match FWE standards.
  -Vonda now has two powerful selectable weapons and can be told to use neither.
  -Taxidermist Vendor inventory expanded.
  -Asylum basement Navmesh tweaked.
  -Several other tweaks and minor bugfixes.
  
  AWOP4F03/Book Of Earache Patch Version 1.4 Released!
  -A small update that replaces the starter box option for HK416 Stubby with the HK416 Dust Buster to correctly match 5.56mm ammo.
  
  -Version 1.5 Released!
  -Starter Terminal added to Vault 101 Cave Entrance with 9 new starting options (including 4D Storage).
  -More goodies added to Springvale Bomb Shelter cold storage area (and some FX).
  -Increased the length of new food & drink effects.
  
  AWOP4F03/Book Of Earache Patch Version 1.3 Released!
  -Adds a BOE Starter terminal to Vault 101 Cave Entrance with 9 new starting options.
  -Increases the ammo found in certain Air Dropped crates & Rumble Reward boxes.
  -Increases the amount of ammo The Taxidermist has for sale.
  
  -Version 1.4 Released!
  -Loads more Air Dropped Crates added. Over 40 to find in total.
  -Fixed some problems with The Taxidermist's Talon quest.
  
  AWOP4F03/Book Of Earache Patch relaesed!
  -For those of you lucky enough to have Book Of Earache Version 4.4 or above.
  -Adds BOE Weapons to Zeus's Air Dropped Crates,
  -Adds BOE Weapons to Rumble Zone Reward Boxes.
  -Adds BOE Weapons to some AWOP NPCs
  -Adds XCaliber Ammo to certain AWOP locations.
  
  -Version 1.3 Released!
  -Springvale Sewer expansion - The Sewer is now over three times bigger.
  -Grayditch Auto Services Basement added.
  -Fort Detrick expansion.
  -Rosenhan Brewery Offices added.
  -Talon Subway Ruins expanded with a Talon Metro Terminal.
  -Blacktooth Publishing, a new Rumble Zone added.
  -Festinger's Chasm overhaul - area expanded, several new enemies added, difficulty severely increased.
  -Georgetown Luxury Apartments added.
  -Several Beastlord spawns added to the Wasteland.
  -One new 4D Storage Device added.
  -HarderMan's update with exploding see through ghosts.
  -RoyBatterian's update with many bug fixes.
  -Fixed some minor bugs in The Asylum.
  
  -Version 1.2 Released!
  - Adds over 10 new interiors.
  -A new unmarkerd quest to battle through.
  -Lots of new Air-Dropped Wasteland Loot crates in strange places.
  -Loads of new Notes and other stuff.
  -Several Bug Fixes (such as - Drug Extracts can now be sold/dropped, Taxidermist’s Rifle is playable and The Warden should say Goodbye normally).
  
  -Version 1.1 Released!
  -Adds a big new location to Arlington Cemetary called The Special Affairs Bereau with new enemies and items.
  -Fixed all reported bugs (and a few unreported ones) such as removing the Pint Sized Slasher Mask, making the Asylum's final Patients much tougher and more aggressive, fixing Vonda's relax package so she does not head back to the Asylum when given that command (and the same thing with The Warden) plus a few other mainly aesthetic fixes.
