Excellent mod! Finally something happening in front of and INSIDE that (otherwise) boring vanilla building on the river bank, just across that parking lot in front of Super-Duper Mart. Works perfectly, without any issues, and the Talons are as expected - not very friendly but not aggressive either. It's lively outside of the building that's now a small outpost, and it's cozy inside - plus a vendor. Recommended!
Liked the new interior, I killed all the Talons, as their wasteland buddies are all trying to kill me. Did not really believe in their friendly behaviour. With that approach it is again lore friendly.
i made it so it was generally fitting for role players/low lev characters.
im well aware that they could quickly be killed with the likes of super mutants and raiders only a stone throw away from the outpost at high levels - the player can mop up the enemys themselfs. and as for it going against lore of 'friendly' enemys, i got sick of BOS...
I just DL'd version two of this mod and I love it! I am using FWE (among others) and I used the "Alternate Start" to start play as a Talon Co. mercenary. I tried using the original in-game Talon Co. Camp/Outpost thingy as a home base, but its lacking to say the least. The main base is too big and too far off in the wilds to be of much use - but this outpost is great. It works perfect as a home for my little Talon Co. merc. Thanks!
The only problem I have is that there aren't enough Talons. At higher levels with Broken Steel, they get massacred by pretty much anything that walks by, so it would be nice if they were stronger and there were more of them.
I'm going to wait to endorse this---Needs a little work I think--Talon needs to be evil instead of friendly--nav-mesh needs a little work-structure is done well though, to include the interior---All in all it is a good base location and could add greatly to the enemy list and challenges in that area...I think you need to add more Talon to the area though, even some big-gunners, with the goal to get past them to access the interior trader to get access to some high quality weapons armor etc.
ok. Sometimes supermutants spawn outside the walls, near the building to shoot at raiders on the other side of the river. In turn, this sometimes distrupts the Talon guys, however and if they run off to fight the raiders then they wont return, because of the AI thats set. I can fix this if others have the same problem
