The organisation could use some improvement though. Take this mod for example - the guy prepared the numbers in layers in such a way that you could make 1, 2 and 3 digit numbers with absolutely no effort. Your mod only offers one digit numbers and requires manual editing to get others. Also, as others pointed out, there are no normal maps - you should be able to make a normal map version in just the same manner, with various digits in separate layers. Or alternatively, just make a generic normal map with no numbers at all.
It would make the mod a whole lot more convenient to use, especially to those who aren't familiar with programs like Photoshop. I already knew a few things beforehand, so it wasn't that much of a problem to me, but it still made me wish all the work was already done in the mod itself.
Help me! I opened the files in gimp and all i saw was a vault suit with a 0 on it. I understand that the number are in the same layer or something, but i can't figure it out. Someone?
penguin freak : There is a plugin for Photoshop to import/export .dds and another to create the normals. And many others to do everything you can imagine with .dds files

The plugins work with Photoshop, not with Nvidia. You can have any graphic card as long as you have photoshop or PSP or Gimpshop or any Similar program using the same plug-in format.
