   Too bad i liked this mod but it start up CTD's all of the time. Due to the naming / labeling error it is hard to get dragon skin to load before this.

      FO3Edit says it needs Dragonskin Tactical Outfit to work (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/10183/?)
      If you don't have it your game will crash

   Amazing concept of the city, but terrible execution. The city is completely quiet, no one talks, that's because of no voice acting. None.Also, all the houses in the city are also "Locked" and considered trespassing, and some you just can't enter. I love that some metro tunnels are cleared, but i wish their was more life to it.
