The Stealth Field Oscillator is an item that attaches to your Pip-Boy. It gives you the special properties of the Chinese Stealth Armor no matter what you are wearing -- actually even if you are naked. It can be removed and stored.

I realize that there are similar mods, but this one is done differently, using an Actor Effect rather than an Object Effect and attaching the properties to a Miscellaneous Item rather than Apparel. It also gives exactly the same properties as the Chinese Stealth Armor -- no more, no less.
MOD CONFLICTS
This mod will only conflict with other mods which place something in the same spot as the container added by this mod.
Highly unlikely.
LOAD ORDER
Should be able to load this mod anywhere after the esm files.
N.B. The Anchorage.esm is REQUIRED.
Without it you will not be able to play the game after activating this mod.
TECHNICAL
The Editor IDs of everything added by this mod begin with the letters SFO.
CHANGES
Edit of note, container sound, & container placement.
