With the level-50 mod it's a good idea to have extra perks and some these new ones fit in really quite well. But unfortunately some are waaaay too much. For example the health restoration mod "restores health slowly" except it actually restores health rather quickly (one meter increment every 3 seconds). The overkill (criticals do 3x more damage) is also obviously overdone. What's worse is these perks are available by level 10. I'm still using this mod for want of anything better, but already had to go back to a prior save after trying the restoration mod (the readme file didn't explain how over-powered it was). Doubt the author will come back to tweak it 11 years later.
yep got a new patch somehow from bethesda 22.11 yeasterday which both makes it impossible for me to play with quadcore and use almost all mods. could have come earlier cause i started download fallout3 patchs late. your version is 1.0 the patch is 1.1.12.0 was wondering if you could update the mod to make it compatible with the game
think i take it back. have read from several people that the last patch that bethesda made for fallout 3 no longer supported the game if you had a quad core computer. if you had then you were litteraly fucked and couldnt play the game. now i am goona try from advice from another modder to change my data files so fallout only uses 2 cores and see if that works
have played fallout 3 with different mods and the game crashed turn of some mods to see which 1 and the game only crashes when this mod is on not any other. it both crashes during the baby scene and when i gain a new level. am wondering if there is a way i can change the file so it dont crash

man, im a bit recluctant to download and install complex mods that are in beta, but once you get to make a full version [and i believe you will soon...] this will have a download, kudos, positive comments everywhere i can and a probable mention on a fallout video fanfic im writting

i didnt touch any of the vanilla perks, and i have no idea why it would delete them. to get them back, go into the console and type
