Going to give this one a hard pass unfortunately. Arrived at the place and half the building has red exclamation points. The interior looks absolutely stunning. I applaud mrbarista for making this mod. If it wasn't for the missing items, this would be the perfect base for my army.
Yea the missing items; "RobcoReduxPavement" - Missing Texture. (Lays out a plane as expected but lacks a texture resulting in distorted random imagery) "ParkingLotCarblocker01rev" - Missing Texture. (Model seems to be there as it takes proper shape but texture is missing resulting in random distorted imagery). "IndExtBgWallWin01rev" - Missing Model and Texture. (Just the red error marker shows up).
Its missing the textures for those short cement polls outside as well as the new pavement for the parking lot and mesh (and texture) is missing for the building it self (the exterior windows without a awning/roof under them),
This may seem an odd request, but is there anyway this could be split into an interior and exterior mod? My reasons are I use other mods for the exterior, but most of the interior is a roach and molerat festering mess. The interior of this mod would be a good standalone mod for my purposes. Makes it a better living space.

Looking into the esp itself with FO3Edit, there are multiple references to mesh files that are not included in the mod, nor are they apparently "vanilla".
Premise was decent. Just wish all the files had been included.
NuclearVegas is right. I only activated this mod + Streetlights and the repaired Glass Fronts of the Building are missing. There is also a texture flicker all over the renewed parking space (this indicates a missing texture) The same texture missing/misalignment happens in the Cafeteria of the interior cell. The left part of the bar as well as half the kitchen tables are missing textures. I already discovered such missing texture in the old levelertruck mod by WillieSea. The backdoor was missing a texture and flickered constantly. He provided the texture file with the mod and voila, all was fine.
NuclearVegas, Make sure you are using the Fallout Mod Manager. Also try loading it at the end of your list. You may be running another mod that is envolved in the Robco area or you are running too many mods. I have not heard of any other issues so I hope you can succeed at getting this mod to load. Let me know if you get it to work and what you did.mrbarista
hello I have a problem with installing this mod you have there is no dependence other than street light? (I try everything even the clean save) because the buildings did not appear entirely or correctly. ps: sorry for my English I have to go through a translator :-)
