   I was hoping I would find a file like this: no cheats, mod requirements... just a good looking char so i wouldn't have go thru the creation process again. Thanks!

   Where exactly is that shop located? i scouted all the area SE of tenpenny tower till Andale but found no abandoned shops

   The glasses are found inside a red bricked Abandoned Shop South-East of Tenpenny tower, on a mannequin (Awards +1 Luck) however the outfit is Col. Autums coat and only available through main quest or using additem console command
