    You wouldn't happen to know a new vegas version of this mod would you? Been looking for a mod exactly like this for new vegas but no luck

    Maybe in Weapon Menu > Art and Sound tab (double click any gun). I'm new to the whole FO3 modding scene, I don't know anything about animations!

    Reduce the running speed multiplier to 2.3, then increase the gun holstered speed bonus to 1.75.

    Both should be in Game Settings. I forgot what they are off the bat, but the default values are 4.0 and 1.1.

    FYI, this mod changes them to 4.4 and 1.0

    Yea thanks I found half of it and the other half from your post!

    One other question, you wouldnt happen to know where the values are that control how fast you reload a weapon?

    It always seems to me that my guy reloads SUPER fast. I just wanna slow the animation down a bit.

    Is there any way to make it so I run/walk SLOWER with my weapon out?

    I want to have a reason for me to holster my gun, you say there is a 10% speed penalty for having your gun out, but I cant tell any difference in game. I want to beef that up to like 75% but I dont know where to do it.
