You are not allowed to upload modfied versions of this weapon or redistribute this file without my permission.

Simply put the .zip-file in your Fallout 3/Data-directory (Usually C:/Program Files/Bethesda/Fallout 3/Data). Right click on the .zip file and hit "Extract Here". Also, make sure to apply the file in the Fallout 3 Launcher (The Data Files) button. If you have any questions or problems, ask me, or take a look at the forums.
