The aliens in the wasteland have been killing raiders and taking all they have including the junk.
They are also reverse engineering everything but not all in a group so the second alien scientist got
some objects mixed up when reconstructing one of the pistols but when they realized it was a mistake they threw it out.
With this new gun if the bad guys have the balls to attack you then you have the sticks. Pool sticks that is lol.
yep you got it this gun is so messed up it fires pool sticks with a knock down thats wicked mean.
Also the other change they bring to the wasteland is their music theme change.

Installing :
Place in your fallout3/data folder usually:
--In XP: c:/program files/Bethesda software/fallout3/data
--In Vista: who knows, check your computer carefully as it has been advised NOT to install Fallout 3 in the
usual locations but maybe c:/ games, for best results,
Uninstalling:
Delete Ripper.esp from fallout 3 /data folder
and then delete the maintitle.mp3 and to get your old theme back rename the maintitle.old to maintitle.mp3
