    Sticky
As of now the left arm clips through the pip boy, I know it's not ideal but at least it's functional. I've looked around for a solution but couldn't find much on it, so I gave up. If anyone is willing to share some tips I'd be grateful.

Is it possible for you to port the enclave remnants power armor to fallout 3? That was my favorite armor from new vegas and would love to have it in 3.

In my game, the right glove clips through the sleeve too, although the clipping on the pip-boy's not really noticeable. This is on the female player model though. It may not happen with the male version. This is with the armor that has the gloves.

@SpareBl00d It does work, maybe you are too stupid to create the proper folder structure or extract files.

To find the xx you must check your mod manager (Fomm) and see the number in front also known as mod index. For example, it could be 2C, 32.
    11. Im sure the player model has a unique mesh/texture for the pipboy, and you got the NPC mesh, not the player.
    12. if it was New Vegas I would use the "search" command, but I have no idea what FO3 uses. The search command brings up the file name, item name, and numerical code for every item, package, structure, ect....

It does if you separately install the bsa organizer or whatever it's called. Someone posted it on nexus.

As of 2023, this mod doesn't work anymore since the 1.7.0.3 patch. The armor sets only showed up as error exclamation marks in the Megaton armory.

This is untrue. The mod does in fact work, OP has likely made an error in the installation process I'm assuming and I feel bad saying this because the pfp of a cat makes me feel guilty

Because the author only uploaded the .esp file without textures and other things. There are no Ranger Combat Armor files in Fallout 3.

No, I did everything the guide instructed and the ranger armors didn't show properly so it, doesn't, work.

Try to use MO2 to download the Mod, it may solve the problem.

The Nexus rules state that you cannot extract information from the base game or DLC files and then post them on the Nexus. Instead you need to extract them from the original files and this also requires you to own the game Fallout: New Vegas. The video below covers the process.

Kain, where do the files from literally every mod besides this one come from? Oh right, the base games and their DLCs. So what's so different about THESE files?

These files (the NV combat armor) aren't in Fallout 3. They're in Fallout: New Vegas, and to extract them directly and port them onto Nexus would be against the rules.

There are mods of this armour for Fallout 4, and none require NV.

Well, that's because you can't port FNV's Ranger armor on the Gamebryo engine to FO4 on another engine

So lame. Literally no reason it can't just be tossed into the game like literally every other mod. Oh, you don't own the files? Okay? Literally no mod author owns the files of anything they put into either game, so how come it don't stop any of those but stops this? Makes zero sense. Thanks for giving us this though.
