Changes the \"Wasteland\" popup above the HP bar to \"Capital Wasteland\".

When you exit Vault 101 and the blinding first rays of the sun die down, you get the first glimpse of this hellish landscape, this "Capital Wasteland".
Yet, every subsequent time you exit a cell, it's just called "Wasteland". Way to wreck the mood, Bethesda.
What this mod does: It changes the "Wasteland" that displays above the HP bar to "Capital Wasteland".
I made this file for myself while tooling around with FO3Edit because "Wasteland" was just too dull for me. I'm been sitting on this for awhile and decided to release it because others might like it.
This will overwrite any other mods that make changes to the "Wasteland" World space, like weather mods, overhauls, etc.
Requirements:
Fallout 3
Installation:
Drop in the Data folder
Activate in your choice of file manager (FOMM recommended)
Put it at the very bottom, just in case
Optional:
Override into Merged Patch with FO3Edit. (http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/637/?)
If you don't know how to do that this manual will help (http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/8629/?)
If enough people ask, I might make a guide. It's relatively simple.

Compatibility patches:
There are way too many mods that conflict with this to make this a really viable option. But if you ask, I'd probably make one. It depends on the mod in question. However, the FO3Edit path is much easier once you know how it works.
