I know this thread is decrepit, but I do want to reiterate what a fellow said down here. This mod does screw with Lucy West's door. I've gone in and easily fixed it, but since I've seen you active (relatively) recently, I thought I'd bring it up in your mind again.
Besides the small glitch, this mod is very fun and a great addition to my thriving little land.
Hmm...sounds interesting. A couple questions, though:
1. Could this be considered lore-friendly? That is, does it fit into the Fallout universe?
2. A community of merchants...I'm concerned they'll carry too much good stuff. I'm trying to mod my game to be challenging and for useful items to be scarce, generally speaking. How balanced is the content of this mod?
I like to think that this mod is quite balanced. Also, it is absolutely lore-friendly.

Great mod! So far no glitch at all. Only the floor near Witmer seem a bit funny because it's constantly flashing.
BTW I had to create my own Voice folder under the Sound directory in order for the mod to be fully voiced.. Voice folder was not a default folder under my directory, but creating one and putting the shore under it solves everything. Great job, love it.

Endorsed!

Tried it with only Fallout.esm and itself checked, but it seems it's not a conflict, it's the mod itself with the issue.
Congrats, I'm not easily impressed
